Art has been a part of who I am as far back as I can remember. I enjoy the entire process of painting and creating something. My favorite scenes to paint are water scenes since water is very hard to capture correctly. This is probably also because I love the beach and studying the waves and their colors. I work mainly from photographs I take but I have done a few plein air pieces and plan to do more this spring and summer.
